Najoicia "Joi" Elmore is a dedicated Licensed Graduate Social Worker who provides telehealth services to residents of Minnesota. After witnessing various social disparities and inequalities, she felt driven to become a mental health professional and create safe, non-judgmental environments for individuals and families. Joi is a board member of the National Association of Social Work (Minnesota chapter) and holds multiple certifications, such as a Mental Health First Aid Trainer. Her main areas of focus are anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting challenges, and trauma, which she addresses using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Joi is known for her empathetic approach that is centered on the person, strengths-based, and informed by an understanding of trauma. She creates an environment where clients can comfortably be themselves. Her guiding principle is to empower her clients to take control of their lives, and she firmly believes in holistic health strategies. Joi is deeply committed to reducing the stigma associated with mental health in BIPOC communities and raising awareness about mental health services. Joi received her Master of Social Work from Norfolk State University and her Bachelor of Science from Virginia State University. In 2020, she earned her Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) credentials from the Minnesota Board of Social Work.
