Dr. Stacey Solakian, with over 20 years of experience, specializes in helping those in life transitions and those seeking a better balance in their lives. Her clients often include high-functioning individuals who sense an imbalance in their life, therapists in need of therapy themselves, and healthcare providers grappling with burnout. By building a nurturing therapeutic relationship, Dr. Solakian's approach promotes healing by instilling hope, teaching effective strategies, and providing clarity to help individuals become healthier versions of themselves.

Dr. Solakian earned her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and completed her clinical training at North Chicago VA Medical Center and Washington DC VAMC. She then worked as part of a multidisciplinary team at the Washington DC VAMC Substance Abuse Recovery Program, where she conducted group, individual, and couples therapy. Her experiences also include serving as a Compensation and Pension examiner conducting mental health evaluations for the Department of Veteran’s Affairs. A lover of creativity, Dr. Solakian approaches her therapy work with the heart of an artist, recognizing that each individual requires unique therapeutic strategies to achieve their health goals.
